For projects typically under $25,000
Designed for smaller-scale improvements or single-feature additions.
Includes:
• On-site consultation
• Concept layout planning
• Feature placement strategy
• Material direction
• Budget alignment discussion
Focused Design is credited toward construction when you move forward with us.
Integrated Design — $1,000
For projects typically $25,000 and above
For layered outdoor environments requiring deeper coordination and integration.
May include:
• Scaled layout plans
• Outdoor kitchen configuration
• Fire and gathering zone planning
• Lighting strategy
• Material palette coordination
• Furniture layout integration
• 3D visualization (when appropriate)
• Detailed investment alignment
50% of the Integrated Design fee is credited toward construction.
